AT : Baking

I have been learning how to make everything out of scratch like the cake batter and the frosting and on Thursday night I made a new frosting that was a diabetic frosting because my grandma is diabetic and the frosting was harder than usual and the crumb coat when I layered it just created more crumbs , it was very difficult to work with this frosting so the cake ended up looking a little funny so next time I think I'm going to add more heavy whipping cream so that the frosting is more loose and easier to work with. Anyways I will be sharing my journey into improving my deserts for example at the moment the deserts I make are cakes, cupcakes, crepes, churros, funnel cakes, cake pops, brownies, and banana bread and I will be sharing how I improve the taste and maybe I will get better at decorating my cakes so I will share all of that on here. Here is the cake I made Thursday night for family
