I did the same workouts all week and I watched these videos and did these workouts except for Thursday because I got a really bad headache.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8,9,10
Thursday, Friday, Saturday 11,12,13
I have been slacking so I did not work out on Sunday nor Monday
Tuesday and Wednesday 17,18
I only went for a short walk.
Thursday through Sunday

This week I haven't really been able to workout so all I have been doing is going on a walk and or running.
I woke up in the mornings around 5:30 focused on my mental health and around 6:30 did half of the videos I have linked.
2nd Year
Today I went to the gym at 5 in the morning. 8/17/21
Today I have to wait for my sister so we can go to the gym .
1/26/22
Today I went on an hour hike with my family.
