Mental Fitness

 For my mental fitness every day I write in my journal and at night I take 5 minutes and think about what made me happy today and what I can improve about tomorrow and I believe ever since I started this mental fitness exercise I have had a clearer mind. 

update : For my mental fitness I like to listent to a song before I go to sleep and then turn my record player off.

When I do my homework what I find helpful is doing it at night and with someone else working on something it makes you feel productive or at least that's what I feel.

I have been waking up at 5:30 to eat then I come back up stairs read a little of  a book I recently bought that im really into and take notes because I am the kind of person that if I dont take notes I will forget what happened and not really understand it, after that I play music on my record player and clean my room and that helps me get ready for the day and it has helped a lot with something.

I didnt go to the gym instead I went for a jog 

8/20/21

I lost track of time and didnt do anything 

8/21/21 and 8/22/21 

I enjoyed time with my family instead of going to the gym :)
