How a girl named Gitzel wrote a book about murder  

My book

CHAPTER 1 

It seems like a nice day and all you've done is lay down on your phone. Come on, when I was 16 I loved going out ,now get off the phone and go play with your friends. Fine I said and went along to the park with my friends , It was so fun we were laughing at old memories and then Mike suggested we all went home and grabbed some stuff so we could head down to the lake so we all did and I brought a swing, I had never been happier I felt great jumping from the swing into the lake until I jumped and hit a rock I was scared to jump in again but Mike pushed me in and suddenly I felt myself having fun and then Mike, Elle, and Alexa decided to join me we were having so much fun, then we raced to the other side of the lake when we got their I felt something pull on my leg and all of my friends were not near me but when they looked over at me they yelled from the top of their lungs , There was a body right next to me . It looked like the person had been shot at. When we checked for them to be breathing we felt a pulse so we proceed to ask who did this to you but they were in shock so we called 911 and then I went home officer , WHY AM I BEING QUESTIONED AGAIN, why can't you just go out their and look for the person who did this to her and when are we going to know if she made it out of surgery , Jason said to Detective Renolds 

There was blood everywhere. What happened ? Did he really just cut her up in front of so many people  ? “ She’s going to die” , she yelled and he answered back “GET OUT” There were so many people in the room mostly because all the interns wanted to watch and he was one of the greatest doctors in the hospital take the bullets out of her. After the surgery was over Dr. Vega called the detective to say that they still couldn't identify the girl so it was a Jane Doe case, in the bright side she made it out of surgery alive but she was  in a coma. after that Vega walked down the hall his head was pounding and he heard a ringing on his right ear he was so tired so when one of the interns named Gina walked up to him saying they would be having many patients if the murderers continued, Vega replied what do you mean and Gina replied look at that and pointed at the tv that lit up the hallway that night at the hospital and then he saw the news reporter who said “ we discovered bodies with their bottom body cut which we believe he or she keeps as souvenirs and when we discovered these bodies they were unrecognizable we can not figure out the gender of the victim all we know is that the victims are teenagers , please keep your teens at home and safe when in school please give them a pepper spray or something to protect themselves”

Mike if we would have just stayed away from the lake we wouldn't be followed by the police right now and we would've been able to go to Abby's cabin party says Jason “ I wouldn't have gone either way It's in the middle of the woods” replies Elle now let's get going we can't be late to class we have already missed too much school says Alexa. After school I'm going to take flowers and put some Music on for Jane doe” says Mike “ I cant believe that they haven't found her name or family” says Elle “ It's only been a week E It's not that easy” says Lex . When school was over all 4 teens went over to visit “Jane Doe'' They put some music and talked about their day and then doctor Vega came in and checked her pulse and he also told the teens that they have found her family and that her name was Jennifer Smith after the great new Dr. Vega tells the kids “and turn the tv on she needs to hear things that are happening now so she is updated I'll be back i'm going for Gina” When Dr. Vega comes back with Gina for some test they hear the news reporter named Gabe says “ the FBI is onto the murders and thinks that the women found by teenagers Jason Martinez, Mike Gonzales, Alexa Robles, and Elle Fitz found at the lake near the south Broadway park was a victim of the serial killer now nicknamed by the town as “2 face” because his victims are unrecognizable and the FBI think he doesn't want them to be identified ” suddenly” .Jennifer wakes up from her coma looks at the teens , nurse and Dr. Vega and tries to whisper “2 face” Jennifer tries to get up but she collapses to the floor putting her back in a coma with a concussion. The FBI gets involved and thinks that Jennifer was confirming that yes indeed it was 2 face who did this to her and she heard his name on the news while in coma. the police will no longer be escorting you everywhere says officer Toby to the kids and their face lit up they looked so happy but what they didn't know was that the police wouldn't escort them the FBI would and they would have to be careful because gabby received a private note that said “she was meant to die and those no good kids found her body they were supposed to mind their own business and wouldn't be targeted by me , this is farewell until i meet you in person kisses-”2 face”

The group of teens were not allowed to go to school or hangout they were supposed to stay safe and stay home.Jason facetimed the whole group “ hey what's up” says Elle “NOTHING LITERALLY NOTHING” says Mike “yeah how can anything be up were not allowed to use our own restroom without an agent escorting us to it like if I don't know the way” says Alexa “well i called to spice your day up I guess” says Jason “No we are not gonna date you” says Elle “aw bummer but no , I was thinking we sneak out and try to solve this crime” “how are we supposed to do that their are agents all over the house” “well I've been to all of your houses and if i remember correctly we all have windows in our room and there are no agents in our room when we sleep they are outside our room so do you guys wanna sneak out around 1:30” “I'm all for it” says Mike “if you guys do it Ig i will too,Elle ?” “if we get caught I'm saying you guys kidnapped me and we can blame it on Jason okay” says elle “yes elle whatever you say because we're not getting caught” says Jason “should we visit Jennifer what if 2 face goes to visit her at night” says Alexa “you watch to many documentaries Lex but sure will go and take a look” meet you guys at 1 at elle's house because we all know at 1 she’s going to try to back out” “alright says everyone”

Back at the hospital Jennifer is doing worse ever since she fell and Dr. Vega keeps having the worst headache so he’s not able to work as well as he normally does so he has just been checking all the paperwork, on Jennifer's he notices it's filled with blood and notes , notes he doesn't remember writing and these papers are only to his access he doesn't know if he should go to the police or if he as well is being targeted like the teens, Dr. Vega has a sick mom who he doesn't want hurt so he keeps it to himself and `moved on  with his day he went home crying and when he woke up he was on a bench and he thought this was 2 face trying to keep him quiet and later when he reached to grab his phone out of his pocket he found a note that would change his perspective on the case which has never been heard about except by the police of Ravenswood

It was 1am everybody was at Elle’s but something was off their was no one in the streets so Jason being Jason he said “well aint it nice having a murder around now we have this whole damn town to ourselves” “its not funny J were being targeted I dont know why we actually listened to you if this is a terrible idea” says Lex “while climbing down her window Elle says “yes,yes it is I have no spy clothes I need a major shopping spree if were going to do this every night” Mike was never scared he was always the tough guy but you can tell he was freaked out and scared to death his face was pale white like snow it looked like he saw a ghost he didn't say a peep and that unusual because he never shuts up the other ones knew, they could tell major time but they didn't want to embarrass him so they let him be , this wasn't the first time he has acted like this when his parents were getting divorced he couldn't even go to school that's when he transformed from the quiet kid with good grades to the smoker who maintains his good grades but is disrespectful towards adults because he feels like they failed him and now he feels like that again because he just snuck out and no one noticed the adults failed him again. That night Alexa thought the hospital was very creepy and cool for her blog so she posted it on her Instagram and 2 face saw it and extend it to them and the kids parents saying “long time no see” the parents were freaked out and the teens all ran home first stop elle’s house 2nd spot Alexa's house next mike was the next to go inside or so Jason thought so he went along to his house. The next day they were all surprised why no one got them in trouble until the morning first thing asked was who was there and why the hospital the next question would take them by surprise 

“Where was Mike and why was he the only one not home safe” Lex and E called Jason and say “what happened, do you know where he is “ I don't know says Jason all I know is that it is my fault I should've never asked you guys to do this” Alexa says i think going was great yesterday because I caught on to something, when we were at the hospital there is no police near Jennifer's room which makes me wonder why” Guys please let's not talk about this  let's talk about how mike is in danger and he could be kidnapped right now” 2 face sends pictures of mike were he look beaten up and hurt. The parents wanted his friends to be her when they brought Mike back as they wished so the 3 teens went home and suddenly they kept on receiving pictures and the parents showed them to the teens and Elle said wait a second that's photoshopped come look I have his app and the bruises are in the exact same areas that the filer has here but why would they ,make him look hurt ? suddenly a car crashes into mike house and when the car goes back everyone is dying from the dust but they see mike he can't remember anything but he does remember a strange guy repeating to him this is your new home and no one can take you away. 

The police decided it would be best if they were chipped and if they would not stay so close to each other. The investigation was so confusing because why would they give mike back to his friends and family and why wouldn't he hurt him and then they figured it out they don't want to hurt him they want to hurt Jason because Jason was the one who found the body and he was also the one who last saw Mike .The murders continued the next day on the news it said “he has struck again and this time he is getting sloppy the bodies were found near teenager Jason Martinez and it is seemed as 2 face is trying to frame him with something because he discovered the body now if you are a teenager that is friends with these four kids please take precaution and be safe. 

The next day another murder except it was only 1 and this was done out of madness something strange was that it was done at a pool a public one that hadn't been clean since last summer because the owners were gone for their early vacation and hadn't had time. The teens kept in touch all thought they were not supposed to but they are the only ones who know what they were going through and they wanted to know how Mike was doing. How does it feel says that's a dumb question Lex says” elle no actually its really good says Mike no one understands how scared I was but I'm even more scared now because he kept me alive for a reason and I just hope it is never to hurt you guys because you guys are like family and I dont know what I would do without you guys. The teens tried to solve this murdered they're seem to have been struggles and ive been bugging the police about this but cameras that night at the pool someone covered in all black was struggling when killing this woman this means he probably doesn't know how to swim so why is it that he killed her  if she was in the pool?

Chapter 2 

OMG how could he how could he kill her if he doesn't know how to swim what triggered him to hop in that pool and murder The teens watched the video over and over again then they recreated it and tried to get inside his head they have been studying this video for a week and a half and no murders yet they couldn't explain why he hadn't struck again was he scared he was going to let ou more of himself or is he to busy plotting what to do next . The teens have missed to much school so when they all came back from the pool they wanted to talk to them about going back to school because they have missed half of the year of course they all said no but they had to so the parents sent them to there room and made them get ready or tomorrow 

At school they all looked at them like freaks no one wanted to talk to them they all just wanted to gossip about how they were being chased by a serial killer a girl in particular named luna made fun of them and chanted a song she made up all the teens in school felt awkward but they didn't stand up they just giggled a little bit and went on with their day. The homecoming event had already come right across the corner and sneaked up to them.. The teens were excited to go because they knew it was their one chance to have a normal high school experience but little did they know they would get a note from the principal saying it is too dangerous if the 4 teenagers showed up because it could put the other kids in danger since the serial killer was after them. 

The next day after a week without a murder the girl who was late to class and had made fun of the teens has been found dead in her room with a note saying she didn't shut her mouth dont you think , you guys are next” she was unrecognizable almost and her parents found her it was one of the worst days of their life they didn't know why she was a target but I guess 2 face was pretty serious about not bulling and protecting the people he was out for 

Everybody was so scared and the teens after knew the drill and packed everything and asked for  independent school because after the incident with luna being dead the agents would want to keep the teens home again and safe. they all showed they were used to it because this was becoming their routine it sucked knowing people are getting murdered because of something I DID I SHOULDN'T HAVE JUMPED INTO THE LAKE . It's incredible how one life event that they didn't expect changed their life for the worse. They didn't ask to be the ones who found the body they were all really scared about what was happening and they want to actually find this psychopath so the decide to sneak out again and meet up so here we are again outside Elle’s house at 1 in the morning and they went to the hospital again and they saw somebody survived 2 face again but what we saw this time was that  Gina the intern knew the name and exact gender of the survivor victim and the teens found it really weird so they decided to go home and tell the police and the police went fast to the hospital to bring Gina into questioning but when they got to the hospital Gina had finished her shift headed home and left so the police that were outside her apartment looked but the apartment was empty there  was no one Gina had fled and the teens were correct after all the murderer was indeed someone working in the hospital but where was Gina ?

The Paper

 Yes , I did fall in love with learning I think learning and listening makes you a better person because if I wouldn't have experienced the open source learning academy I wouldn't have been able to learn how to stop listen and learn. I have fallen in love with learning because of the environment I have been in for the past couple of months, It has really helped me learn that we can do better with a little bit of help from people who went from strangers to trustworthy people that you can rely on for good advice. 

One time in open source learning I talked about how I wanted to be an agent for the FBI and the responses I got made me genuinely smile like my smile was so big thinking about the comments like "wow that's a great jobs" "that's unique usually people stick with being a police" "we dont really hear about people who want to join the FBI" and "that's really impressive" that's when I felt the support, the feeling of understanding and well trust which is what I want to talk about next  I have always been kicked out of class and have always been a "troublemaker" or a "talkative" child my parents have always received calls from the principal, to teachers and counselors I'm actually not even allowed to be in the same class with my best friend but when we started zoom I became really shy and I just changed a lot. At the beginning of the OSLA academy program I went through a lot and didn't trust anyone but slowly after talking, laughing and receiving advice from these piers I was able to trust people and talk again I really enjoyed this class I think the best thing is we were a small class because it helped to get to know each and every one of them and made me build a good bond to them not like a friend I will go cry to but to ask for work and school advice thank you for giving me that chance Dr. Preston.

When we had to give one weird thing about each other I had a good laugh trying to figure out who's was who's and I really got to know everybody better, It made me feel like I knew them more. When I was writing my book it was like life was a dream and then I remembered I had to connect it to my previously programmed courses and I did my math class is connected to how in depth a bullet goes and how fast it went, My physical education class is connected to how fast they can run , My biology class is connected to medicine and the doctors, My history class has some of the FBI history, Leadership is involved because someone is the leader of a group and French is a language that is written on a  note that gives a huge clue in the book. I dont think ive finished my hero's  journey I have a lot more to learn from the class so I will leave as that until the next semester where I hope to see all my classmates and procced with my journey. until then

TODAY A STUDENT BECAME A MASTEER

Today I got to interview Carolina Sanchez and I learned that her key interests are pediatric medicine and dentistry. One of the strongest resources she used was NIA , she learned how to identify tooth decay thanks to this website.I asked her why she was interested in these careers and she said she wanted our younger generation to take care of themselves which I thought was really nice and a great reason.

FINAL MASTERPIECE RESEARCH PHASE ONE

 First thing I did was search up The Federal Bureau Of Investigation and what first came up was this website that shows what jobs their are and their requirements and what called my name was the tab that said "special agents" that says their requirements are to be 26-36 old and to have a skill of some sort that helps them and you have to be in shape because they have a physical requirement as well. 

 Then I also searched up who the founders were and it was said by Wikipedia that the founders were  J. Edgar Hoover, Charles Joseph Bonaparte, Theodore Roosevelt . I'm not sure how much this is true because I have heard that Wikipedia is not always something that you should  rely on but I have also heard that its a really good website. ( I did some research from another website  FBI HISTORY and I trust this website because it has a lot of history on the FBI )

 I started looking into a detective job and how old you need to be and it said you have to work in the police force and be 18 years old with a bit of experience so that you can take a test which determines if you can get a job as a detective you also have to undergo a criminal background check and I learned all of this from this website .

 After finding out I need to be in the police force to become a detective I did some research on how old I need to be and i need to be 18 years old  and I need to take these classes

 I already kind of knew how long it would take me to become a doctor but now what I searched up was how much they make and they make about $178,480 per year and I also searched up what classes I needed to take and this is what came up

I think all of these are really good and all this research is making me want to go to college already. 

Their isn't much that comes up when you search up pediatrician besides the salary and the college courses I should take. 

 A dream I have but dont really talk about is while I am in college I want to work as a magazine writer/publisher , or a car sales women and I did a little bit of research on what I should do to become a magazine writer and all you need is a college degree and or any type of education in writing and I also searched up where you should live if I want to work in this and it said  New york and I would love that  but i'm scared of rats and I heard their is a lot of rats and they are bigger than what they usually are here so my fear got bigger , but I want this job so bad that I think I would go.

Qualifications for Car Salesman

Some College (preferred)

Previous automotive experience a plus.

3+ years in a sales field.

Excellent written and communication skills.

Strong interpersonal capability.

A drive to excel under pressure.

Ability to work holidays and weekends.

A valid driver's license.

This is what you need to become a sales woman for a car dealership which is what I would also like to work in while in college , and I searched up where this would be best and you can live anywhere and you would do the same job so maybe I can work to jobs.

Journal Topics April 19 - April 24

 Describe a time you gave or got an idea that helped make something better.

Whenever I cook or I bake my mom gives me advice like put more or less spices and honestly the food tastes better than what it was going to taste like 

How can all of us human beings do a better job of protecting the places and resources that provide everything we need to live?

Me and my sister used to go to the beach and clean up once in a while because we had time but now all we can really do to protect our environnement is recycle. My little cousin picks up the trash with her little gloves in front of our appartements because she hates seeing it dirty and I think that little things like that day by day can make a change 

 When I was a kid, we played at the park, in the street, in the yard of the abandoned house down the street... but in a world of driving long distances, concrete, pandemics, crime, play dates, etc., what do little kids do these days for unstructured fun?

I am actually going to upload a video next week  on this topic I am going to interview my little cousins and ask them because I am not sure I can give you a right answer myself.

IT IS BEST TO GIVE AND RECEIVE

 Todays work made me think about my masterpiece in a different way like i'm not going to be the only one working I'm going to have co workers and their going to have different point of view on some stuff and i'm actually really ready even though I still have like 5 years until I start working but i'm ready because I am ready to learn more from people because the world is not only how I see it 

HOW I MADE TODAY MY MASTERPIECE

 Today I woke up at 9 got ready , ate breakfast and drove to Ventura and then Oxnard on a the search for a new car , we went to so many car dealerships my legs were sore and on top of that my sister didn't like any of the cars she saw. Then we went to a food truck that my sister saw on Instagram that sold birria and we ate their after that we just came back home arrived at 10 started doing my homework and now its 4:54 in the morning and I am really sleepy. 

SAFETY IN NUMBERS

 In life my parents make me feel safe because they have been their for me my whole life .I dont know if I'm safe online. Online its one of the most dangerous places I dont think you can ever be safe unless your not on it.

Master Plan

Some of my role mentors are Matthew Gray Gubler , Mal and Mulan. Matthew Gray Gubler is one of my role mentors because he is a director, actor, artist, model, and an author. Mal is one of my role mentors because she changed for the better and she tried her best to fit into Auradon prep. Mulan is my role mentor because she cares for her family ,she is brave , she proves that women are equal or maybe even better than men and that a girl can do anything a boy can. 

Mulan's motive was her family because her dad was recruited to go to war but he was hurt so she decided to go herself. Her opportunity was at night when all her family was sleeping when she left to war on her horse . Her practice was during the war by practicing day in night in one of the scenes she is seen in the night trying to go up a tall trunk that had an arrow at the top with weights on her hand and in the morning we see her on top of the trunk with the arrow in her hand. She started showing skill and or proficiency around the end of the movie when she practiced with the rest of the men and when she shot a mountain of snow so it could fall on the bad guys and also at the end of the movie when they all saved China. Being bullied by the men because she wasn't strong enough and taking the responsibility of replacing her dad made her develop

I can imitate Mulan by taking chances and risks like she did by replacing her dad in war .She had no doubt when leaving her house and going to war for her dad and I want to be as brave as she was and try new things or learn something new and not be afraid of showing what it is ive learned to do also I think Mulan has taught me that even If I dont know how to do something I should work day and night until I achieve that goal 

Mal's motive for becoming good and being brave enough to disobey her mother and do the right thing was Ben and her friends. Her opportunity to think her actions through was having to face her mom and defend Auradon and her friends from her mom and choosing to be good. She didn't really have much practice besides making new friend. She started showing skill when she had to let Ben go and she realized she wanted to be good and she didn't want to follow her mothers footsteps

I can imitate Mal by not sticking to one choice in this case I cant stick to one college and I should keep my mind open because maybe I will find the right one later on without trying to I can also imitate her braveness because she stood for what she believed and wasn't scared. I expect to be able to demonstrate more participation and not be scared of what other students might think of my opinion.

Matthew Gray Gubler started showing proficiency when he had to become an adult and start focusing on his acting career and his author career. I can imitate Matthew Gray Gubler by instead of just following one dream I can follow both of mine and just make it work like maybe be doctor for the FBI i'm not sure but what I am sure about is that he helped me a lot with being myself and figuring out my career path because he made me more open minded about what I wanted to do with my life 

The outcome of being more open minded is that I want to be able to make a presentation on how I can manage to do both of my dream careers and follow my dreams of pursuing this and it if it works out I can actually use the presentation to decide what college I want to go to. 

I did not really use any sites for my research besides my memory on these Disney movies and Disney+ and for Matthew their wasn't many websites that talked about his life except the movies he has voiced over , acted, or directed which are all really interesting to me. I know that I dont have many sites but I am sure I used everything that is true about these three great role mentors. 

From all three of these people as my mentors I expect to be able to demonstrate my future plans in a presentation and all my dreams and budget becuase they really do help with everything I need in my future like personality traits and work enthusiasm. I plan to demonstrate how they helped me with each and every step into my future.

In conclusion these three mentors have helped me a lot and I think I'm ready to start making my presentation and looking for jobs that I can both work for the FBI and the medical field because  I really want to do both and I see my future with both of these careers and I want to take something from each role mentor like how Mulan believed in herself , How Mal was brave and how Matthew is focused , determined, and hard working. I truly thank these role mentors for helping with my master plan.

Journal Topics March 29- April 2

  Why do people interview each other? What do you think is interesting about this? Who would you like to see interviewed, or even interview yourself if you had the chance?

I think we interview people because we want to learn about them and we want to see if we are like them for example for celebrity interviews I feel like we hope that our favorite celebrity does something likes us our agrees with something we agree with as well.

I understand counting off days until the end of a prison sentence, but we are free - aren't we? Doesn't it make you wonder? Why do we crave Wellness Weeks, Breaks, Vacations, Weekends... what the hell are we doing to ourselves the rest of the time?

We are  free but in the week we usually don get to spend time with our family or with out us thinking of our school work or our work in general and the weekend is usually dedicated to our family and that is why some of us extremely look forward to it.

What do you do when you want to actively, purposefully relax? (NOTE: This is different than plunking yourself down in front of a screen and wondering where the time went.) Do you read, exercise, meditate, listen to music, garden, cook, or ...? Asking for a few million friends who need to find ways to calm down and de-stress.

To relax I usually clean because it makes me feel so good about myself and what I did with my time it might not seem relaxing to some people but its so fun , I also bake and while I bake I either watch my top 6 favorite shows and movies which are Pretty Little Liars, Friends, The Office, Descendants,  Gilmore girls at the moment but usually instead of Gilmore girls its clueless , and Legally Blonde or Listen to some music.

Journal Topics march 22-26

  How do you serve as a role model for friends, siblings, and others? What qualities about role models inspire you? 

You don't have to do much to be a role model for example you can give a talk to your little cousins about recycling and telling them about how it saves the planet and you get some extra cash it doesn't seem like you did a  lot by doing that but they will probably spread it to their friends and then you would be a good role model who just save a little bit of our environment by doing so little yet so much.

Reflect on your Key Interests. What do you want to be able to understand or do by the end of the semester? How will you demonstrate that you've learned new concepts or skills? Look to your role mentors for inspiration - how do you know they know what they're doing? How will we know that YOU know what you're doing? We will discuss this topic and take a bit longer than usual on our journals today, so please feel free to brainstorm ideas, ask questions, or request a breakout room to dive deeper.

 I want to be able to profile or do cpr on someone I will demonstrate  this to the class by either profiling someone or making a presentation on how , when, and why we need to do cpr on someone.

 What music are you listening to? What ideas do you want to write about

I am listening to "we are young" one of my favorite songs and I'm thinking about how ready I am for summer and even though we are still in a pandemic I will 100% enjoy this song as much as I did for the past few years and I will simply lay down write and listen to this song on repeat because it just I dont know gives me life for some reason 

CURIOSITY BRINGS THIS CAT TO LIFE

I chose this article because we grew up seeing scholastics in a lot of the books we read and since I am familiar to this company I decided to play it safe and read this one.

Curiosity is an asset because It can help us learn more because if we are curious we will ask questions and we will achieve more, I know a lot of  students get scared when they have a question or are curious about something so they just blow it off their mind and I think that is dumb because they will always wonder what would have happened if they would have asked and i also think if we dont ask questions we will never learn.

MASTERPIECE STEP ONE

 By the end of the semester I want to be able to do cpr and know some symptoms that seem normal but are actually really important I also want to be able to profile someone. I can show this to the class in a presentation like maybe profiling someone and maybe showing how cpr is done. I know what my role mentors are doing because Mulan demonstrated that she could go to war and she proved it and you guys can know what I'm doing and if I'm doing it by demonstrating and proving to you guys that I know what  I I'm doing

My role mentors are Mulan and Matthew Gray Gubler. One of the things I can adapt from Mulan is her courage and her braveness I can also adapt her ambition. Some of Matthew Gray Gubler's qualities that I can adapt are his creativity, self expression, and his talent

She learned to always be prepared and to always check your internet connection so you don't have any trouble.

I HAVE A DREAM

 Last week I went on the Marian hospital website like I have been doing for 4 years and checking if all the volunteer spots have been taken and also I have been doing a lot of thinking about maybe leaving my math class and continuing with Dr. Preston as my math teacher so I can focus more and be less stressed about not being caught up with the class. I have also been doing research on college now and focusing more on my medical field. I have also been trying to profile people and ive been learning sign language. My goal for this week is to read more on my medical book and be able to write an essay on something ive learned and to be able to have a small conversation in sign language with a deaf person 

LEARNING LOOKS DIFFERENT

This semester in the Open Source Learning program I have learned a lot about books, people, and coding  for example I learned about a girl Greta Thunberg who sat outside every Friday in the parliament on the longest climate change strike and she is a environmental activist , we also learned about digital and analog signal and how you can skip on a video if it is digital but not a analog because an analog signal is  a continues signal it has a beginning a middle and an end it doesn't have tiny slices like a digital signal.

I have also learned about the book sherlock homes and this is related to my school work because one of my topics is mystery book because I like a good mystery and we are currently learning a lot wit Dr. Prestons good friend Martin

 Describe a time when you felt like there was a mistake, or a failure, or an obstacle that actually helped you clarify your work process, create a new strategy, and improve your results.

One time while I was making a cake I was missing one egg and it was about 11pm so their was no store open but I already had mixed all the dry ingrédients so I just winged it and it turned out better because it did not taste eggy at all 

Describe a time you took on something challenging or difficult and just crushed it.

I had been told by my family members that making flan was difficult and that's why I had never done it but one day I really wanted flan and the ones a the store do not taste good so I tried making flan and it was difficult to make the caramel and work with it but other than that it was really easy and to me it came out really good

What's the deal with St. Patrick's Day? In America, it's often celebrated the same way as Cinco de Mayo - at the bars. Describe a holiday from your family's cultural history that has a special meaning. How do you celebrate or observe the occasion?

The holiday my family celebrates in big is Christmas because we all get together and bring food we used to all get together in my house but then my cousins got a bigger house so we now do it there and my mom usually takes tamales and pozole and my dad if he makes them he takes tacos de canasta , my sister takes the soda and I take the deserts like flan, cheesecake , corn bread etc..

My family at home celebrates el dia de los muertos and we make our little ofrenda we put bread, candy, hot chocolate, mole , mezcal , tequila , everything our ancestors liked to eat or drink and we also put their picture , and in Mexico we have a 3 day party and the adults drink in honor of the dead , this to me is my favorite most rich in culture holiday.
